ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Follows health and environmental safety guidelines/procedures set for this role, including but not limited to wearing proper PPE and not operating any equipment or machinery the Team Members have not been trained to operate.
• Follows the environmental health & safety Guidelines and procedures set for this role.
  • Supports the sales team with proposals, tracking costs, and calculating the final budgets for projects.
  • Operates with a strong orientation towards customer service while managing internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting quotations and proposals to our customers.
  • Prepares and handles material take off at the beginning of projects as well as maintaining updated quotations based on addendums and plan changes.
  • Solicits quotes from vendors for accessories and materials used in bidding.
  • Works with teams in all markets to maintain quotations for contractors bidding work in locations outside of normal scope.
  • Escalates any issues or potential issues between stakeholder groups to provide seamless service to our customers.
  • Works closely with the project coordination team to prioritize and focus on customer expectations.
  • Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or a senior member of the management team necessary for the operations of the department and the business.

EDUCATION

BS degree or associate degree and five years of experience in a business, construction or manufacturing related field, preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE

One to three years of experience in a construction environment and estimating role. Must have knowledge and comprehension of civil construction.
