The Sr. Retail Support Specialist will work directly with the Retail Operations Manager to perform accounts payable and/or deal submission tasks. The Sr. Retail Support Specialist will also support the growth and operational aspects of the company processes by providing insights for best practices, new initiatives and collaborating with other departments. The duties and responsibilities listed below are those that must be met to successfully perform this job.
• As the Sr. Specialist you will be the first contact for the team members in either the bill entry or deal submission process
• Responsible for the Retail Support associates and their performance. Approving time and time off requests
• Attend regular meetings and complete team assignments as directed by their direct reporting Retail Support Manager
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, which includes receiving bills for goods and services, bill entry, approval initiation/monitoring, and deal submission.
• Has authority to determine when to require additional back up prior to payment of vendors if warranted.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Supports other ad hoc projects, duties and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned.

- High School Diploma
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
