Job Description: ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER. PAY GROUP: 35. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Supports the City Manager in overall administration, strategic planning, and operational management of the city; provides executive leadership across multiple departments; oversees key initiatives; participates in policy development, long-range planning, and budget preparation; serves as acting City Manager when designated; works closely on utility rates, wholesale power providers, and natural gas hedging plans. Starting Salary: $77.17/hour (dependent upon qualifications and experience; negotiable). Position will remain open until filled. AA/EOE.
