SUMMARY OF POSITION: Develop and lead a group of assigned campers through safe, challenging, age-appropriate activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Maintain positive attitude; keep accurate attendance; supervise participants and ensure safety; follow schedules; coach/teach/lead activities; actively participate (dress-up days, performances, swimming, running/walking); inspect program area; set up/take down equipment; clean after activities; address discipline issues; provide first aid documentation; attend orientation/staff meetings; variable summer hours; work indoors/outdoors; communicate with Camp Coordinator. REQUIRED KSAs: At least 16 years old; mature judgment; ability to lift 25 lbs. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: CPR & First Aid prior to program start. Starting Salary: $12.25/hour.
