SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under the Recreation Superintendent and Lead Instructor, supervises and implements the designated after-school program and curriculum at an assigned campus; brings ideas and leads/explains activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Enforce policies/procedures; supervise/check arrival/departure; ensure safety; maintain order/discipline; complete payroll expectations daily; set up activity areas and secure equipment; attend staff development and meetings; inform Lead Instructor of concerns. REQUIRED KSAs: Minimum age 16; experience with school-age children; ability to work with co-workers and leadership; supervise/motivate children; maturity and sound judgment; physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., work indoors/outdoors, sit/stand/bend/walk, actively participate in games/activities; ability to communicate professionally and follow instructions. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: Obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within 60 days. Starting Salary: $12.25/hour. Position Will Remain Open Until Filled. AA/EOE.
