Job Description: LIFEGUARD - PARKS. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Ensures customer satisfaction and safety at the City of Seguin Wave Pool through vigilant supervision, enforcement of rules, and emergency response; initiates water rescues, administers First Aid/CPR, maintains rescue-ready skills, supports events, and attends mandatory in-service training. Must successfully complete lifeguard certification training. Starting Salary: $14.00/hour. Position will remain open until filled. AA/EOE.
