Job Description: Part Time Groundskeeper- Golf Course. PAY GROUP: TP 10. SUMMARY: Assists with golf course maintenance from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday–Friday. Operates light and handheld equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Mow greens/tees/fairways/roughs; weed-eat; trim trees/brush; pick up trash/debris; clean/rake sand traps; clean/maintain course restrooms; operate tractor/mower/chainsaw/weed-eater; perform routine equipment inspections; assist with safety; load/transport materials; perform light plumbing/maintenance/construction/carpentry; observe safety. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of safe equipment operation; physical ability to work in hot/cold/wet conditions; lift up to 85 lbs; perform manual labor; operate/repair equipment; follow instructions; work cooperatively; turf management desirable; maintain Texas driver’s license and good record. EXPERIENCE: HS diploma or equivalent and at least one year operating light equipment; or sufficient education to read/write plus at least two years operating light equipment; or equivalent. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: Texas Class C Driver's License. Starting Salary: $13.68/hour. Position Open Until Filled. AA/EOE.
