PAY GROUP: TP 16. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Assists Golf Course Manager and Golf Pro with daily golf shop operations including retail sales and customer service. Part-time (<20 hours/week) on rotating shifts with regular weekends; not benefits-eligible. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Schedule tee times; check-in players; process POS payments; manage pace of play; assist with tournament setup; assist with inventory control and displays; maintain cleanliness/organization; may assist cart operation and practice facility; observe safety rules. REQUIRED KSAs: Knowledge of golf rules, facility and tournament operations; ability to follow instructions; use software (Word, Excel); stand/walk for extended periods; maintain professional image; maintain Texas DL and good record. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: HS diploma or equivalent and one year related experience. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: At least 18 years old; valid Texas DL or reliable transportation; TABC Seller/Server Certification (or within 30 days). Starting Salary: $12.00/hour.
