Job Description: UTILITIES ENGINEER. Pay Group: U22. Provides engineering support to utility capital improvement projects; participates in project management for water/wastewater and electric systems, plan reviews, contract administration, QA, change orders, cost estimates, and progress monitoring. Works with consultants on construction documents, bids, and administration; helps plan future utility projects. Registered Professional Engineer (TX) required. Starting Salary: $48.82/hour.
