PAY GROUP: U7/8. Summary: Under general supervision, serves as the primary administrative and technical support resource for the Utilities Department’s capital improvement and operational programs. Coordinates project documentation, financial tracking, regulatory reporting, City Council agenda preparation, and provides a high level of customer service. Provides advanced support to utility leadership; duties include capital budget tracking, regulatory reporting (e.g., TCEQ), data analysis, and other assignments.
