Scope of Responsibility
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for performing clinical and inpatient pharmacy tasks such as antibiotic stewardship, medication consults, renal dosing, verification and dispensing of medication orders, IV admixture preparation, patient and staff education and dissemination of drug information.

Education
- Graduate of School of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in State of Texas
Training and Experience
- IV certification required
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
