Scope of Responsibility

As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible for evaluating a patient, establishing realistic goals and planning and administering a treatment plan/program with the patient's capacity and tolerance to achieve the goal. Physical Therapists also document findings in compliance with regulatory bodies.

Responsible to the Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

  • Education
    • Must hold a current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Texas

  • Training and Experience
    • One year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is desired
    • Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
    • Good communication skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current insurance coverage
