Scope of Responsibility
Registered Nurses provide nursing care to a group of patients for a designated time frame and will routinely lead team of care providers.
Responsible to Director of Emergency Services
- Education
- Associates Degree Nurse or Bachelors of Science Nursing Degree
Training and Experience- Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Provider
- Obtains and maintains TNCC within 6 months of employment
- Obtains and maintains PALS or ENPC within 6 months of employment
- Previous experience preferred
- Strongly recommend CEN
