Scope of Responsibility
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is also responsible for documenting findings in compliance with regulatory bodies.
Responsible to Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- Education
- Must be graduate of an AOTA approved school with Associate Degree in O.T.
- Current State of Texas licensure is required with certification by AOTA
Training and Experience
- One year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant is desired
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
