Scope of Responsibility
As a Maintenance/Mechanical Systems Tech you will repair or replace parts such as switches, relays, fan motors, thermostats and other components. Other duties include replacing filters, lubricating units, adjusting controls to ensure efficient operation and monitoring systems to ensure proper maintenance and performance at all times.
Responsible to the Director of Maintenance
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Training and Experience- 3 years of HVAC Systems experience required
- 1-2 years experience operating and maintaining Building Automation Systems preferred
- Associates of Applied Science degree in HVAC and Refrigeration preferred
- HVAC and Refrigeration license preferred
- EPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) Certification preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current insurance coverage
