Scope of Responsibility

Provides psychological and substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups of patients in in-patient and out-patient settings.

Responsible to Director of Outpatient Behavioral Healthcare

• Education

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
• 
  Training and Experience
• Licensed by State Of Texas as LCSW, LPC or LMSW required
• 3 years previous experience providing behavioral health care services required
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous regulatory survey experience
• Familiar with and utilizes evidenced based practices in providing services
•
