Scope of Responsibility

The Health Unit Coordinator/Birth Registrar will also perform receptionist duties, assembles and maintains charts, maintains level of department supplies and forms, and completes birth registry.

Responsible to Director of Birthing Center

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Training and Experience
    • Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
    • Obtains and maintains Acknowledgement of Paternity (AOP) Certification
    • Previous experience preferred

  • Health and Background Requirements
    • Employment contingent upon successful completion of:

      • Immunization Records
