Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Compensation Analyst, you'll support division specific or company-wide recurring focal and ad hoc programs that support our culture of competitive total rewards, such as merit reviews, bonuses, and incentives. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Operations: Supports data collection and entry for surveys and compliance tracking (FLSA, employee classification). Attends meetings between compensation advisors/managers and business leaders to broaden understanding of compensation practices and processes. Gathers compensation data and communicates findings internally (data collection, client communication). May assist in data collection for compensation audits. Contributes to short-term incentive plan data collection and analysis. May assist with data collection and basic analysis for long-term incentive plans. Analytics: Performs data collection and basic analysis for compensation projects. Creates and reviews reports for accuracy. Navigates the HR system - creating job codes, updating job data, and making updates in eComp. Supports job pricing through data collection and analysis. Analyzes data and provides recommendations for merit salary adjustments. Project Management: Assists with data collection and administration for pay programs. Creates new job profiles and may conduct job evaluations/participate in job family work. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: 0+ years Experience managing and administering Compensation/HR-related processes - Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Intermediate analytical and Excel skills. - Required Strong communication and presentation skills. - Required Project management skills. - Required Ability to understand / manipulate dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. - Required Ability to regularly handle and communicate confidential information in a professional manner. - Required Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail. - Required Strong collaborative work style. - Required Education: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - Required Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment. Travel by car or plane with overnight stays. Work extended hours/ sit for extended periods.
