Responsibilities Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation of Partners in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Managing end-to-end payroll processing, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Process payroll for partners Input and maintain Partner data in payroll systems Review and validate timesheets and wages Respond to Partners questions Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits Understand and apply HR-related policies to ensure payroll processes align with organizational standards Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws Maintain and audit Partner payroll records Assist in process improvement projects Share knowledge and best practices to support team learning The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Intermediate support individual contributor position performing administrative or specialized tasks in support of daily business activities. Works under moderate supervision on mostly routine tasks but may deviate from or interpret standard procedures based on knowledge gained through learned experience. Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, or a related field Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of general accounting principles Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Computer skills Time-management skills Organization skills; detail-oriented Ability to meet deadlines Adaptability to changing priorities Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment Use arms / hands in repetitive motion during the day Demonstrate visual acuity for working with spreadsheets and detailed documents Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
