This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed! Bolt Packer/Assembler Our Bolt Packer/Assemblers are responsible assembling components according to product specifications. Responsibilities Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies Daily communication with supervisor regarding potential issues Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Ability to use hand tools Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
