Overview Join the Ranch Hand Team! Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026.Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed! Warehouse/Material Handler Our Material Handlers are responsible for supplying and staging materials for the production lines. Material Handlers also move material within an assigned department using forklifts, pallet jacks and overheard cranes. Responsibilities Unload trucks using a scanner or pick list generated by Supervisor/Manager Performs all computer functions necessary to complete job Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with department leader to rectify damages and shortages – specifically relating to glass Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department leader Responsible for keeping production lines stocked with glass according to schedule Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations Preferred Education and Experience High school education or equivalent preferred 1 year of factory-related experience in shipping Licensed forklift truck operator Manufacturing/industry experience Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States Why We are Different: At Lippert Components, Everyone Matters.
