Experienced CNC Machinist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machinist to perform complex, multi-axis operations, focusing on efficient production of conforming Aerospace parts. This is not an entry-level position; candidates must demonstrate an expert-level skillset, particularly in sophisticated setups, high-level GD&T interpretation, and advanced CNC programming/troubleshooting. Starting pay is negotiable and will be based on incoming skillset/experience. Night shift availability is preferred.

- Machining & Strategy: Running multiple machines (Mill, Lathe, and/or Precision Grind) simultaneously. Must possess a high-level understanding of complex machining strategies and be familiar with machining different materials.
- Programming & Troubleshooting: Expertly reading, understanding, and resetting CNC program codes. Possessing CNC programming knowledge to create basic programs and perform speeds and feeds edits under engineering guidelines. Must be able to troubleshoot and eliminate process variations (e.g., run-out, flatness) and machine alarms.
- Quality & Inspection: Reading, understanding, and interpreting complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and CMM reports to make necessary work offsets. Experience inspecting parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and working to extremely close tolerances ($\pm 0.0001$). Experience in the aircraft industry or related fields with strict adherence to tolerances is highly valued.
