Your Key Responsibilities

• Review existing standard work and compare it to actual work practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in alignment with lean principles and safety requirements
• Support the development and implementation of new standard work for new production lines or work stations
• Update, document, and formally release revisions using the new Standard Work Instruction (SWI) format
• Support the Lean team in day-to-day activities
• Perform 5S audits following standards
• Update or create Work Instructions
• Participate in and/or conduct Lean activities such as:

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
• Intermediate knowledge of LEAN practices
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and evaluate standards and procedures
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Microsoft Power BI, Automate, and related software preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company
• Working schedule: M-F flexible hours between 7am-6pm and 25 minimum total working hours per week

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 28 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to Push, Pull Reach, Twist, Turn, Stoop, Walk.
